Our space and activities are designed with babies, toddlers and young children in mind, but older children are welcome to join the fun too. We simply ask that older guests play safely and respectfully around our littlest visitors. Babies under 12 months and children who are not yet independently walking receive reduced admission.

Every family must register for a Hosted Play session. You can reserve online ahead of time or register with our front desk when you arrive, as long as space is available. Booking ahead is the best way to guarantee your spot and makes check-in a little quicker!

Hosted Play is not a drop-off program. A parent or guardian must remain onsite and is responsible for supervising their child, including toileting and other personal needs. Play Hosts support the experience but do not replace caregiver supervision.

Our Play Hosts are trained team members who welcome families, encourage engagement and help keep play running smoothly. They receive training in child development, positive behavior support, inclusive engagement and safety, and many bring additional experience supporting children with a wide range of developmental and behavioral needs. All staff have completed comprehensive background checks and hold current fingerprint clearance cards.
